Toby Withnell is the Director of Global Travel Services and Meetings at Arm and is responsible for the development and delivery of the travel strategy, sustainability and meetings programme.

Prior to joining Arm, Toby has had significant experience in leading and managing global travel management programmes for a number of international Banks.

Toby is a transformational leader with a background in driving change through innovation and  has had the opportunity at a number of companies to build, coach, and motivate diverse international teams with a focus on working together and delivering results.

At Arm, Toby has recently developed a leading travel and workplace sustainability program, including setting and implementing a zero carbon agenda across the business.
