Victoria has 25 years’ experience working in Hotels, Events and Procurement holding senior positions and enjoying consistent promotions within Marriott, MCI, BAE, Arqiva and most recently KPMG.

With a true passion for the industry and steering best practice procurement, Victoria has achieved experience at each stage of the event & travel industry supply chain cycle – hotel, agent, client, alongside gaining one of the highest professional qualifications within procurement through the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).

Victoria’s current position at KPMG as Senior Manager within the Travel Services team allows her to buy down through the travel industry; she has undertaken numerous speaker engagements within industry focussing on supplier management, contract negotiations, legal aspects plus education around what the client is seeking.

Victoria has enjoyed many successes throughout her career, she completed an Executive MBA and Chartered Leadership qualification at Cranfield University where she passed with distinction in 2022, she also achieved CIPS Student of the year with results featuring in the top 10% of the UK. Victoria was proud to be placed on the 2010 C&IT A List as well as being nominated for the 2013 Eventia Rising Star Award. She sits on the CIPS South Coast Board and has gained achievements across four industries (Travel / Events, Telecoms, Maritime and Professional Services).

This will be Victoria’s fourth year as a mentor on the Fast Forward 15 programme and she is delighted to be involved within the programme.

Victoria lives on the Southcoast and in her spare time enjoys beach walks, west ends shows and personal travel.
