Jade is Head of Events at BI WORLDWIDE EMEA – a global agency who provide market-leading employee and channel engagement, event management and incentive travel. Their purpose is to inspire people to deliver results.

With over 20 years’ experience in the events and communications industry, Jade specialises in strategic and creative event experiences and content delivery. She spent 12 years at Top Banana, starting as Senior Account Executive and growing her career to Operations Director and on the Senior Leadership team, she had her own business On The Ball Events, before she joined the Senior Leadership team at BI WORLDWIDE EMEA in 2021.

Working with some of the biggest and best brands, across all industries and the globe, Jade’s experience covers creative design and film, event technology, presentation content solutions, incentive travel, conferences, product launches, gala and award dinners, media ride and drives, training events and more.

Jade also maintains a passionate commitment to understand the psychology of behaviour and communications, to not only help teams work better together, but to understand how to achieve clients’ objectives and shape an event agenda or programme that is grounded in behavioural economics.

Being a mentee herself on the 2018 / 2019 cohort, Jade truly believes in the benefits this programme offers and how important it is for a mentoring scheme such as Fast Forward 15 to unlock your future goals and ensure your career aspirations become a reality. She’s ready to share her passion, energy and experience to help our industry female leaders reach their true potential.

Jade lives in Stratford Upon Avon with her husband and two kitties. She is obsessed with all things Disney (she even worked in Disney World Florida) and loves Christmas, holidays, drinking wine and eating out with friends and family, lifting weights in the gym and sleeping!
