With over 30 years’ experience, Anupa takes a unique hands-on approach with the team, projects, and clients. Her wealth of experience and constant drive for innovation and quality have shaped the culture of Principal into an agile and modern agency. With extensive expertise in both live events and digital brand experiences, Anupa is the driving force behind the company’s strong innovative service ethos.

Anupa continues to focus the team on delivering excellence for all their clients. With a passion for creating award winning live experiences, Anupa has worked throughout Europe, North America, and Asia, demonstrating cultural awareness, versatility and a sound understanding of the events industry worldwide.

Anupa is highly motivated and has a genuine passion for events. Such passion has seen Anupa lead Principal to achieve industry recognition for the past 15 years.

Anupa leads from the front and continues to put people at the core of the agency. With a passion for nurturing new talent, she enjoys mentoring and providing guidance within her own team creating a path of becoming senior leaders of today. She has also created an environment where women can thrive through different stages of their career lifecycle giving them opportunities to continue their careers whilst balancing family life.

When she’s not working, she has a passion for food (cooking and eating) including creating gourmet meals for her beloved dog Ella whilst keeping in shape through Bootcamp Pilates!
