I’m Hayley Nicholson, Owner & Event Content Specialist at Nuff Said Events. I’ve been in the events industry since 2019, and worked in-house as a Conference Producer for various companies before starting my own agency. I’m passionate about conference programmes and delivering excellent event content. In my career, I’ve delivered over 200 education programmes and worked with thousands of speakers, supporting them to deliver great presentations and sessions. I’ve received numerous industry recognitions, including CN 30underThiry, C&IT Corporate A-List, and the PPA Next Gen Award. I was extremely thrilled when Nuff Said won Start-Up Agency of the Year at the CN Agency Awards in 2025.
I’m also the Co-Host of Speak Easy – a Nuff Said Podcast, home to all things conference production and event content, found on Spotify and YouTube!
I was a mentee on the Fast Forward 15 programme in 2022/2023, and I started my business in 2023 as this was one of my major goals and reasons I joined the programme! As part of the FF15 team, I support with producing & managing various events & projects across the calendar year, including Graduation & Inauguration, Speed Mentoring and University Challenge.
I first met Fay in 2022 at International Confex during the FF15 panel session. I was absolutely determined to make an impression so she remembered me when reading my mentee application, even asking her outright to keep an eye out for mine! Being on the programme gave me the confidence to dream bigger, seek out opportunities to speak at events, apply (and win!) for industry awards, and eventually set me on the path to starting my business.
As a previous mentee, I know exactly how transformational this programme can be and the importance of providing these development opportunities to female talent. To be able to assist and support the FF15 programme is a great feeling, knowing I’m helping women that have done the same journey I have.
