With over 30 years in the events and communications sector, Richard Bridge is a consultant who supports individuals and business to maximise their full potential. As one of the original founders of Top Banana he helped grow the agency into one of the most profitable and respected in the industry.

As a Fast Forward 15 mentor, Rich is passionate about developing the next generation of event professionals and helping aspiring talent uncover their potential, build confidence, and shape successful, fulfilling careers in the industry.

Rich’s goal is to share his passion, knowledge, and creativity with the next generation while making some new friends along the way, and his ambition is to help people understand their strengths and support them in achieving their career goals and more.

Richard lives in the Midlands with his family and when he’s not working can be found spending time with his children, travelling, or in the local village pub with his friends, or as they’re locally known, The Cheese Club!
