Nicola (she/her) brings 15+ years of experience helping global law firms deliver high-impact events and cultural partnerships that drive measurable business growth.

A passionate advocate for the strategic importance of events in the marketing mix, she speaks at major forums and serves on the ICE Steering Committee. Nicola champions peer mentoring and continuous learning, holding qualifications in Coaching and Design Thinking. She actively shares her expertise through pro bono work, including high profile projects with UN Women.

An FF15 alumna (2017), Nicola is excited to return as a mentor, giving back to a programme that shaped her journey and supporting the next generation of female leaders.
