The Commitment
We’re looking for mentors who are genuinely committed to the Fast Forward 15 mission. Here’s what’s involved:
- 10 Mentoring Sessions: Mentors meet with their mentees across ten structured sessions throughout the program year, providing guidance, support, and actionable advice. Face to face and online
- Engagement in Program Events: Our mentors are invited to attend key industry events, which offer rich networking opportunities and exposure to the latest industry insights. There are 2 compulsory education days and a Graduation event you are expected to attend.
- Long-Term Dedication: Mentorship is more than a series of meetings; it’s a relationship built on trust, respect, and dedication to your mentee’s growth and success.
- Contribute to the cohort, add value by sharing and supporting FF15 and your fellow mentors.
