Professor Jacqueline Watson is Director of Enterprise and Employability in the School of Hospitality and Tourism at Surrey University, Guildford.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Jackie has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources. She has been a Board level Director in small, medium and major blue chip organisations. Over 20 years of her career has been spent in Hospitality and Tourism.

Jackie has specialist knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, executive education, graduate development and cultural integration. Jackie is also Director of a global HR consultancy working with organisations on strategic HR issues. Jackie holds non -Executive Directorships in the not for profit sector and is also a senior executive coach.

Jackie teaches Leadership, Organisational behaviour and Strategic Human Resource management on BSc and MSc programmes.
