Gillian has extensive experience in the healthcare industry in the areas of transformation and change management. She has worked effectively in cross-divisional roles, building and maintaining agile teams.  She is energetic and passionate about leading and developing people.  Currently working in the role of Head of IT and Procurement for UK and Ireland at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, she previously was with Novartis in several roles,  latterly as Country Head of Procurement UK/I, and prior to that she spent 16 years with Celesio in various roles with touch points in primary and secondary care, and the pharma industry.
