As co-founder and Director of Strive, an events agency specialising in enhancing employee engagement, Lily and her team design impactful live events and experiences that help strengthen company culture.

Lily is most passionate about people and loves building relationships, helping others, empowering others to pursue their passions and careers.

Balancing a fluid work-life dynamic with a young baby at home, she remains committed to health, fitness, and wellbeing—non-negotiables for her success. Since bringing her daughter into the world last year, Lily has become increasingly passionate about her role as a female founder, and how to manage achieving goals and ambitions at work whilst still remaining super present at home.

Beyond that, Lily is obsessed with nature, all sport and activity, and most of the time can be found running around Battersea Park with her particularly wild spaniel Raffa.
