Joy Thomas joined leading information and tech-enabled healthcare service provider IQVIA in August 2017.

Joy engages broad groups of global stakeholders with credibility and authority in order to successfully shape and deliver highly complex events. She builds trusted relationships and is a unique mentor of people, driving success with inspirational leadership and real hands-on expertise.

Events can be more challenging these days and as the global event landscape evolves, Joy remains current and relevant as a principal advisor, driving innovative event approaches to meet the needs of this highly fluid environment. Joy regularly contributes to the wider events industry as a writer, speaker and in 2020 as a returning judge for EVCOM London Live and Film Awards.

Joy leads the Enterprise & Marketing Events function within IQVIA and is based from her home in Staffordshire where she lives with her husband and teenage son.
