Having worked in the events industry for more years than she would care to mention, her experience spans both agency and client-side roles. Hayley regularly sits on customer advisory boards along with speaking and panel positions at industry events, she was previously an EVCOM Board Director.

Hayley leads global operations at CWT which spans more than 15 countries and a structure of approximately 700 professionals servicing events, sourcing, group travel and operations support. Hayley is based in Leeds and is a mother of 2 wonderful children. In her spare time, she is a keen equestrian along with her daughter. Hayley competes her horse at county level, regularly qualifying for the Royal International and campaigning for Horse of the Year Show. When the chance arises, she loves to go running. Her heart is happy when outdoors & with people she loves.
