With 24 years of experience in managing events, Finaol’s career began in agencies organising a broad range of events from corporate ski trips to incentives and conferences all over the world.
The last 18 years has been spent at Aviva and now as Head of Events, Finola manages a team of 13 delivering over 400 events a year and striving for excellence and creativity. As a Mum of 2, Finola also recognises the challenges of working in a busy and demanding industry with the pressures of balancing
this with family life.
