Sasha has over 25 years’ events industry experience in both corporate events and the commercial events industry.

The Business Narrative, an events consultancy working with corporate clients in the technology, professional services, wealth management, finance, investment, insurance and media and commercial conference sectors, creates exceptional events ranging from conferences, seminars and training events to gala dinners and client receptions.

Prior to founding the Business Narrative, Sasha was a respected media and events industry professional, whose track record included roles as a Director of an informa plc Conference Division and SVP Events for the market-leading Industry Standard magazine.

In her early career, Sasha was a global marketing consultant for IIR, and started out at the award-winning advertising agency Grey. Sasha has also gained significant professional services experience in the TMT practice at international executive search firm Spencer Stuart.

An entrepreneur at heart and often at the forefront of media innovation, Sasha’s specific experience in the conference and events industry has led to consulting for a number of clients including the Guardian, News UK, the AOP, the PPA, Incisive Media, UBM and Thomson Reuters, where she has shaped and curated premium content events.

Sasha is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Arts and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a former Trustee of a north London visitor attraction, an active Council member of an educational charity. Sasha is also a regular speaker and judge at event industry conferences and awards and a Visiting Lecturer in Event Management at Westminster University.

Sasha lives in London with her husband and son and is a keen baker.
