She expertly manages MICE accounts for an expanding portfolio of Hyatt Hotels.A proud Hotel School graduate originally from South Africa, Bernice’s career spans nearly three decades. She’s gained invaluable experience living and working in some of the world’s most dynamic cities, including Johannesburg, Dubai, Paris, and London. Her impressive career includes roles with prestigious brands like Ritz-Carlton, Sun International, Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton. With a deep understanding of both brand-managed and franchised hotels, Bernice excels at navigating investor relationships while consistently delivering client-focused results. A self-proclaimed “hotel nerd,” Bernice is passionate about the art of hospitality and the incredible experiences created by motivated teams every day. Outside of her professional life, Bernice is a dedicated mum to two incredible girls and one fur-baby. She’s a keen swimmer and an enthusiastic, albeit sometimes frustrated, golfer. Her greatest passion is travel, where she loves discovering new destinations and their culinary delights.
