Ben has a long history in the events industry where his career began over 22 years ago working operationally at a local hotel. In the subsequent years he has worked for several M&E agencies of different sizes – Hotel Desk, Expotel and CWT M&E before joining BCD Meetings and Events in 2014. He has extensive experience implementing and managing regional SMM programmes across a range of industries and for the past 3 years he has been managing a Strategic Meetings Programme for a global financial company with teams in EMEA and APAC.

Ben has a  true passion for the events industry and has represented BCD M&E at many industry events and has spoken or joined panels on a variety of topics. He is a believer that at work you get out what you put in and should enjoy whatever you do so tries to bring enthusiasm and fun wherever possible.

Outside of work Ben is a keen golfer, enjoys walking/running and traveling although for the past year all these activities have had to revolve around his young son.
